Very new to the world of "supplemental assistance". I'm looking to stay fit (improve, actually) as I mature.
I stated working out at the age of 22 - but like (too) many youth, I wasn't serious. Now, I am trying to catch up - reasonably.
Also looking for refreshing guidance by "older" fitness junkies, because sometimes, I just don't know what to do to mix things up.
I "discovered" SARMS and peptides last year [2023] (that's how not in touch I am) and am now looking at combining them with some "extra-strength" supplements.
I'm OCD about info on things, so I read/research/ask annoying questions before jumping in.
Not into anything with needles - just tabs or liquids.
Growing old is not for the weak.
I sometimes suspect I'm losing it, but the Unicorn and the Gummy Bears tell me I'm fine.
