1 About transportation policy:
We have mature transportation routes that can safely transport your packages without you having to go through customs clearance. If you are worried about safety issues, we have overseas warehouses in the United States, Canada, Australia, Mexico, Europe and other countries. You can send the package to our warehouse first and then ship it to you from the warehouse. In addition, some of our products have been put on sale in overseas warehouses. If your package has any customs issues, we promise to send it free of charge for the second time without you having to bear any costs.
2 About product quality and third-party testing
First of all, the quality of our products is tested in China. We will only produce after the test is qualified. Some products have Janoshik test reports. We can share them with you. If the dosage of our products is less than 15%, we will resend a new batch. If the dosage is less than 50%, we will refund the full amount. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, after our investigation, if it is our problem, we will send it for free a second time. If you have any questions, you can send it to Janoshik for testing. If the quality does not meet the standards, we will bear all the testing costs.
3 Payment methods and transportation
We can accept Paypal, Alibaba payment, bank card transfer, Western Union, all cryptocurrencies (BTC, USDT, ETH, etc.) wire transfer, etc.
About transportation. When you place an order, we will provide you with a tracking number within 2-3 days. You can track your package. If there is a need for customized products, you need to calculate the time separately. Usually our shipping time is 8-12 days and you can receive the package.
