we definitely need to tweak your diet and make sure it's more clean
 
stick to moral Whole Foods in your diet stop eating process meets those are not good
 
your workouts look pretty good but definitely your diet is what needs to be improved

I have been experimenting on diet and done bloodwork with those and turns out my body responds well on animal products. I use to eat chicken and rice with broccoli twice a day for 2 months last year, i barely dropped a pound and i felt like shit i hate eating i was unhappy. This past 2 months i tried animal fat/protein throughout the day 0 carbs and only eat carbs at night, my weight and fat dropped i don’t feel sleepy during the day i got more energy, i am happy. I think i agree on i have to prep food by myself more but if i have to choose a diet that works for me for a long run, this diet is right.

Yes bro, im planning to blast n cruise my whole life. After this 24 week EQ done ima cruise at 250mg/week u til next year i might hop on tren again. And thank you everyone in this community for the support

Too late to take pic we got home already but i ate a lot of steamed mussels, lasagna, chicken marsala, crusted baked cod and tiramisu
About the reps, I just go until i cant even do quater rep anymore for the isolation exercises. Never ego lifting.

Today have been a long day for us. My wife’s grandpa was put in hospice and we went ti visit him in the other state. For breakfast i have 6 eggs and 8 bacon. We didn’t have lunch until 6pm because we were busy in the hospital and her family wanted buffalo wild wings, i got cheeseburger with no bun. On the drive back we got home at 10:30pm and im tired and hungry so i went to taco bell drive through and get steak chalupa with steak quesadillaz

Diet today
Brunch - 4 eggs,5 bacon and 3 Hmong sausages
Went to gym for shoulders and arms today
For dinner i have beef brisket, meatballs and soft tendon Pho without noodles.

Thank you for asking, they think he won’t make it more than 6 months. He got dementia.
