Honestly not a lot. I've been doing minimal body weight stuff at home and getting fat from the steroid shot. Just a few minutes ago I finished setting up a squat rack aga bench at home so I can start doing more but I've definitely still been slacking. I keep re-agitating my shoulder doing the most basic things at work.. I've been hitting it pretty hard with bpc157 and tb500, still running 5ius of hgh ed and Proviron and 750mg of test every week (375mg x 2).. this dang shoulder has thrown me completely for a loop..
