Diet

50 g Protein shake with honey and oats

Protein shake with walnuts

Lunch- chicken rice and broccoli

Dinner-shredded chicken and sweet potatoes

Fruit- fresh mango (1 cup) and banana (1/2 ) smoothie with honey , yogurt and protein powder

Snack- protein muffin, pistachios, omega-3 mix, protein cookie

Avocado adventures- one egg and 1/2 of an avocado

I love me some jerk chicken.

But I can't have too much or bothers my stomach.
