Advice on first cycle

Hi Everyone,

Wanna start off by saying been visiting the forum for a little over a week now, the encouragement and advice from all the members I have seen made me feel comfortable enough to join.

I'm 6'0" and 205lbs 33yrs old. I have played sports been in combat sports and weight trained for a huge portion of my life. About two year sago I was involved in a bad motorcycle accident which took me out of all of that till about a month ago. I weighed in at 230lbs when all was said and done. I started the carnivore diet now for the second time, fist time I went 8months straight and loved it. Started hitting the gym again and I'm down to 205lbs. I've always wanted to get on gear and I think now is the best time . I want to get down to about 185-190 and then start bulking from there. Any advice on what my first cycle should be all input will be much appreciated. I know its best to just start with test but I def want to add a second compound into the mix. I'm attaching two photos one of me at 185 and the other right around 195 before my accident.
Working out every day, very light cardio 15min on stair master
Day1 Legs
Day2 Back
Day 3Chest/Tri
Day 4 Shoulder
Day 5 Back/Bi
and just repeat that over again.(abs every day)

I don't know who made the rule that it's best to go with testosterone probably someone who is selling testosterone

the truth is there are other steroids out there besides testosterone that are perfectly fine for your first cycle including something like equipoise or primo

but before we give you cycle advice, you should start your LOG training log
it takes like 15min and we can learn a lot about you brotha

HOW-TO LOG?

  • To really guide you we need more info from you.
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Best thing you can do is start a log Journal.

This way, you can track your training and diet and then go from there.

If you just started back training 1 month ago, your body needs time to get more conditioned.
 
You don't want to spend your entire steroid cycles sore and in pain. That's why it's a good idea to give it some more time. Maybe start your log now and set a goal to start steroids and 2 or 3 months.
 
Do you possibly have pictures of the motorcycle accident?

How bad was it? Was it Just you or did you collide with someone else?
 
I think starting your own log Journal will be important.

You'll be able to get the most out of your cycle. Once you do decide to start it,
