Yea it’s difficult to fall asleep but once I do I get 5ish hours then wake up then end up sleeping for another 3 a couple hrs later. Currently I’m not taking anything. How much of those compounds should I start taking ?

I finally fucking figured out what has been causing me to feel like I’m passing out after cardio. I’m not getting enough salt. When I slammed 14g of sodium today it made me no longer nauseous. Water was diluting salt basically
