Started to do a lot more curls and pull-ups and a lot of things that put pressure on my elbows and forearms.
I’m 28 years old and I feel like I have a lot of injuries for someone my age.
What do you think about using bpc157 and how much should I inject into my elbows? Can you give me some advice on dosage and all so tips?
