Lunch- chicken and broccoli
Dinner- hamburger lettuce, wrap
Snack- 1/2 cups of almonds, protein bar, string cheese

Thanks I have lost almost 20 pounds but I’m seeing a difference everywhere but not on my upper chest 🤷🏻♂️ I’m just going to add more exercise to my routine that hopefully will help with that
