I’m hypoglycemic and have been like that for years so Ik when it’s low. My body starts to shake and I feel really weak so Ik that’s when I need to stop and get something to eat. Would a banana work with my protein shake?
Diet
50 g Protein shake
Breakfast - protein shake
Lunch- 3 eggs and sausage omelette
Dinner- chicken and broccoli
Snack- Half a cup of almonds, sugar free jello
30 minutes of cardio
I had to leave the gym early then I wanted to because my sugar level was really low. I couldn’t workout at my normal time because I got called into work. I will make up for it tomorrow.
