Since I started drinking 3 L of water a day my appetite has went away and it’s been hard for me to eat the amount of food I need to so if anyone has any suggestions that would be appreciated
Diet
50 g Protein shake
Breakfast -30 g protein shake
Lunch- 3 eggs bacon sausage
Dinner- I switched it up from chicken and broccoli that I have been eating the last couple of days and I had broccoli and chicken today😅
Snack- Half a cup of almonds
Alcohol- 0
