Nutrition: it was a unexpected cheat day w celebrating a friend’s birthday it got me out of keto but I’m back on track
It was pretty strange how the whole thing happened: I got up from a chair then at the same time my calf and top of my foot cramped. Then pain then crept up into my shin basically immobilizing my right leg for 1 min
