the more you fast the less sleep you need.

you want to pin bpc into the injury as close as possible and i recommend stacking tb500 with it which can be pinned anywhere
dosing you want to load the first few weeks then you can back off. 250mcg-500mcg per pin.. so if you do 500mcg then that is 1/10th of the 5mg, just fill it with bac water...
