Multivitamins are not going to give you energy. They fill in some of the gaps in your diet. That being said, you should be taking a high quality product. I recommend N2Guard. Also look at your diet and sleep if you are lacking energy. It would also help to get some blood work done.

Those 3 area great for strength but I would never stack them. If you didn't gain strength on test though, something else was wrong. Either diet or training.
