Definitely add a low dose test to that cycle so you have some androgenic activity there. Primo and proviron would be very mild and a chance you don't feel great on just those.
Dylan gave you a great stack. I have even run something simple like GW with LGD before for the same goals. Just be careful with doing keto on and off. It is something you will want to stay on if you are going that way. Eating high fat and then carbs is a bad combo.
Sounds like some really good sessions. Pain in the ass dealing with equipment but obviously important it is sitting properly. Especially with the amount of weight you are lifting. Hopefully that elbow feels better quick.
