I mean, you are going to have to do cardio even if you hate it. That is how you get better at it. Since you are tested at work, you need to ensure your cardio is up to par. Cardarine is a great product to help improve endurance.

Probably shoulders. That is one of the reasons why I don't train them directly anymore. They get worked with so many exercises. Don't even worry about the diet for one day. Just switch it up tomorrow and all good! Another really solid update.
