Base building - 5x6 pull ups currently superset with 4x8 incline db press (30kg dumbbells)
- atg squats done (110kg x12)
- lat pull soon to be done super set with calf raise and hip flexor pull throughs
Tempo running session @ 90% max speed
- 5 mins rest in between reps
- 250 meters x2
- 150x 2
- 100m x1
Brutal session - lactate should kick in soon

Breakfast for the day - beef mince (more on the fattier side) with chicken thigh/drumstick. I tend to do more carb back loading - where all carbs are consumed at night. 65% of Fats and proteins consumed throughout the day
Just finished lower body gpp base phase session, feel abit neural fatigued and grip was average. What do you guys tend to do to recover faster when in a neural drainers state?
Eat more?
Sleep more?
Up carbs?
