I added in an extra pack of tuna each meal today, more almond butter for fats, and 2 meals I did half the rice I normally do.

I'm hovering around 234-237 and been running this cycle 3 weeks. Am I not eating enough? I'm getting leaner but seem to be putting on mass too, are they canceling out at the moment? I thought Dbol would make me blow up more?
