Right now I’m running 4iu 7 days a week. Fasted 4iu in the am on non training days and then 4iu preworkout on my training days. Going to run for 6-8 months. On month 3ish right now.
Your going to get a million different ways to pin hgh and at what dose. Find what works best for you and your wallet.
I’d drop the dbol down to 50mg my man. And make sure to use it everyday not just on training days. Also as far as proviron I run 50mg a day year round.
I work a full time job and manage 6 meals a day. I don’t have a scheduled break for lunch either. There’s always time to eat bro and sometimes I will eat a meal and a half to get all my food in if need be.
I agree with phill here. You have to do what works for you. There is no 1 way to do things. I know plenty of woman that run 20mg of var with great results and barely any sides at all.
If you feel the need to increase then go and do so but do it carefully is all
If I was to run ment which it’s looking like I’m headed that way I’d be looking to run it around 400-600mg. I run proviron 50mg year round anyway but alittle mast wouldn’t be a bad thing either.
