Not really noticing the recovery really
I do find myself very fatigued especially after a strength day.
I do feel the recovery when in doing hypertrophy training though.

Yeah I started adding it a while back I'd say it helps with sleep but also when I was taking it I was dull? Idk how to explain but my emotions Kinda felt numb and anxious and I found that taking both just knocks me the fuck out.
