Depends on your specific needs. If I used it (as I do MK677) I'd say it was 50% rehab and 50% sleep. So later in the day would suit me. Early suits you due to recomp being, in part, getting leaner. Dosing looks good.

Close Grip Bench Press
Usual warm ups. Feet up etc to 140kg/308lbs. Then 170kg/374lbs x 2, then 2 x 3 reps (min 3 x 3 next time). Sleeves only
