    I don’t like high protein. If it was up to me I’d eat 5-6oz a meal instead of 7oz. Slows digestion to much. I’d rather increase carbs and keep fats low and protein moderate. As long as I get at least my bodyweight per day in protein I’m good.

    I never have. I hate anything over 300mg but my sponsor guaranteed me no pip and they didn’t lie. I can shoot 2.5ml (t400, primo, mast e, npp) anywhere without issue.

    Yeah I’ve worked with Derek Natcher since 2016. I could coach myself until I prep then I get in my own head and make stupid irrational decisions so I just hire him and follow the plan.

    I’m not a huge egg guy but I do think they’re a great source of protein and my coach likes higher fats pre bed plus I stay fuller over night which helps me sleep.

    I use sourdough, bagels, English muffins, etc. my coach allows me any carb source that’s less than 2g fat.
