What do you have against primo? It gives good results and you can run it however you choose. Long, slow consistent at low to moderate dose. Or you can blast your socks off for a shorter period of time and still not TANK your BW.
Well, I've been getting bloodwork. My lipids had been good so I just kept rolling. But honestly, about 9 months. The last 16 weeks at a much Lower dose that I didn't tinker with much. I know primo you can run for a MINUTE, and same with EQ if you keep an eye on your Hematicrit.
