Breakfast -
Lunch- RICE chicken with broccoli
Dinner- chicken mixed veggies
Snack- , protein bar, protein yogurt, pistachios, omega-3 mix
Just got the chicken put it into a bowl mix with egg. Add some seasonings put it on some parchment paper. Put it inside the air fryer about 15 minutes. Make sure both sides are crispy then add the toppings on it and let it cook about four minutes and that’s all.
