I trained fasted in a way. I just only have a protein shake before my workout. Then I have one after. When I was 15 I passed out because my sugar level way to low and I was sent to the hospital they did a bunch of test and then found out that I’m hypoglycemic. It’s a form of diabetes.
Diet
50 g Protein shake with honey and oats
Protein shake with walnuts
Breakfast - nothing
Lunch- eggs and sausage
Dinner- chicken and mixed veggies
Snack- , protein bar, protein yogurt, pistachios, omega-3 mix
