Guys I go for functionality plan and simple. I see guys lifting heavy ass weight but can't even do 10 pull-ups that shits crazy to me. Doing crazy ass weight on squats but can't jog 5 miles. I'm not talking shit I'm just saying this is what in go for, functionality.

Really feeling good and strong af. Only 1/2 through this cycle. I'll stop the dbol at 7 weeks and run the sus up to 10 weeks. Definitely happy so far w what I see and how I feel.
