Tonight I just did some cardio 2 miles and a lot of isolated arm wrestling drills along with some heavy band work on the table. Really trying to get my pronation above 80lbs and riser above 60lbs.
Fux boys been busy AF. Great day yesterday got a lot of good matches in and felt pretty darn strong. Lot of yard work today gym session later on. I'll really be starting more heavy lifting probably 1 set out of every 3 that I do will be at a heavier weight. Time to make strength gains for sure...

Leg press machine started w 2 45's on each side worked up to 5 on each side then back down 10x each set

That was my last heavy/ long day b4 competition on May 5th. From now on it will be just band work and lighter weights focused on range of motion and functionality.
Everything is going good training wise. I hit a pb with both my R and L arms 80lb dumbbell curl. B4 I hit the 80lbs I did 40lbs 10x each arm then 60lbs 3x, 70lbs 1, then the 80lbs. After I did 35lbs until I couldn't.
