Not stressing it. My coach has increased food and pulled cardio back the last 3 check ins. I’m leaner than I’ve ever started a prep at and I’ve prepped for many shows in 12 weeks.
Carbs have increased from 190 to 240 on NTD and from 405-450 on TD, fats also increased on NTD from 105-115. Removed the 700 carb saturation day and free meals.
