Nice job man! Putting that work in. I like walking for my cardio too. After meals is great at aiding digestion too. Before phones/social media took over, I feel like people used to always go for walks after dinner at least. Not so common anymore.
100mg per week is a low TRT dose. I would increase that to 300mg. Run the tbol 40-50mg per day for 4-6 weeks. End the test at 8 weeks and PCT. Sounds like a solid plan.
HCGenerate is a great test booster but first, get testosterone levels tested, make sure you are sleeping enough (and good quality sleep), and make sure diet is in check. Also, are you over-training? Lots of things at play here.
