Thursdays I’m focusing on cardio. And usually for the most part I pick up the intensity again on Fridays and Saturdays.

Definitely picking up some crazy pumps during my training. I’m going for a dexa scan at the end of my cycle to see the difference. I had a scan done about 2 weeks before this cycle.
