Breakfast
3 whole eggs with a cup and a half of oatmeal a scoop of protein and 2 tbsp of chia seeds.
Lunch
250 g of rice with 10 oz of ground chicken 92/8 and 1 tbsp of olive oil.

1 cup of oats with half a cup of wild...
I see,I do need to increase the fiber,white rice is only on dinner and lunch,I will be swiping dinner with sweet potatoes,I do eat oats already,thank you.
Could you please bring specific on cleaning the diet ? Because I pretty much eat everything organic and my list of micronutrients is very wide if you could please elaborate on what you mean so I can understand better would be great !!
Not at all am just taking what’s up there,it may be the hgh I don’t know,also they are not too far off the reference rate just a bit off by a few points,but yeah still not good
