I didn’t think people still fell for the lower test thing. Test always higher as it’s always the “base”. Then apply starting small/low as needed. I would do 500-600 test w/primo 300-400 to start and adjust or stay there after running a few weeks.
I’ve been using the flash blend for few weeks and it’s amazing. Smooth AF and even more crazy is the gains I’ve kept in a calorie deficit . Very impressed .
