I agree with @dylangemelli. If you want to get bigger and leaner that’s a two part deal. Your best bet is to a to get on a solid meal plan and hit the gym 5 days a week for the next 10 weeks. Then continue with that for some time. I am not being rude, but I just can’t co-sign bad decisions.
