These were my last end cycle bloods. Cycle was 525 test c and 350 deca with no AI or serms. I do however eat a crap load of broccoli which can have ai traits. Training will resume Wednesday since I had spinal injections last Friday.

And my only issue with TB500 is it seems to be a systemic anti inflammatory and since I’m still on stem cells therapy for my spine, I need the inflammatory response for the stem cells to work properly.
Gonna run some BPC-157 for shoulders and elbows but not sure how much to use? Also for a 5mg vial how much BAC water do I add? Not finding much on the net about it.

200 primo sounds good but was planning to run the test at my normal 525 that I use for cycles. Off cycle I’m typically around 250ish and I’ll keep my 175 deca in on cycle as well for the joint cushion.

Shoulder and elbow much better today didn’t feel the end to back off. Diet the last two days has been the same stuff I’ve been eating every day. Hitting right at 200g protein 150g carbs and 125g fat

Everything is on point and just planning my next cycle. Gonna do Test/Eq for sure but considering either mast or primo for a third compound but not sure which would benefit me more. Leaning toward mast though, what your guys thoughts. Either one I go with I’d run it about 200mg.

Cook everything in my air fryer from eggs to steak and veggies, just google any food you like and put air fryer behind it and you will find a few recipes for it. And hell yes men should cook.
