No workout today. Took it as a recovery day. Pretty sure rad is kicking in. Knees are sore as hell, thinking it’s drying them out. Other than the elastijoint you guys have any suggestions for this? Not painful just annoying.
I need a kick in the ass for the gym today. I’m just not feeling it. Super lethargic. Not sure if it’s SARM related or what but this is abnormal feeling for me even when I was fat before I started this journey 😂
starting to wonder if the rad is kicking in... balls are a bit achy the last couple days, feeling some weird tightness across the lower back from side to side. increased the water intake to see if it helps the back any. not really noticing anything as far as insane pumps or anything goes...

@Mobster I can’t complain, it’s basically yard damage and some uprooted trees. Have to power wash the boardwalk walking out to the sound… compared to some, it’s not even worth mentioning.
just north of Charleston SC. had about 4 feet of water in the backyard but the house backs up to the Pamlico Sound, so got a lot of storm surge trapped with nowhere to go. No real damage though other than cleanup.
Like I mentioned up above, family emergency for the last week kept me from logging. Mother was in hospital after cardiac issues, wasn’t really focused on logging with that going on.
haven't been able to find this one in store yet, but I found like a 100 bar sampler on amazon that had 10 of each flavor, including this one. I had double chocolate bar yesterday that I think I would've preferred to eat the seaweed that washed up in my backyard from the storm... raspberry white...
read about it on another forum( I know, sacrilege! lol) a few of the guys used it to help with joints drying out. I haven't really noticed the joints drying out yet, but I do think I'm noticing something with this...
Thanks man, I know its nowhere near completely dialed in yet, but eating how and what I know right now to get on track and will dial in as this progresses.
didn't log diet on 30 AUG as dealing with storm, but it was a bad day, lots of water, but ate like 6 slices of pizza while filling, moving, placing sandbags with neighbors. my guess is I had like 2500 calories of shit.. back on track now though..
