I haven't bought anything yet I was still considering anavar and nolvadex or Tbol instead as I really shouldn't be doing needles... But test seems to be a better choice just need to nut up

Any help with how much calories I should be eating a day and how much protein I should be getting would be greatly appreciated. I have had a bit of struggle with being light headed and weak during intermittent fasting and think i may benefit more from only fasting for part of the week to start...
