Been working on my bench pressing. Worked my way up from about 225 lbs up to 260 lbs over the past year. However I have currently been stalled out for the past month at the same weight and the more I push to get stronger the more I keep failing.

I’m 21 years old and new to lifting
25 reps pushups
15 reps dips
3 sets bench press
4 sets incline bench press
25 reps pushups to finish workout
do you think this is a good workout for a newbie?
