What is the story with sarms? They seem to be mentioned a lot these days on Reddit and on Facebook even. I see guys as young as 18 or 19 using them and getting some really crazy good results and vascularity.
I’m currently 21 years old and I’m trying to put on some size because I’m a hard Gainer...
I know that weight gainer is out of the question already because of all the sugar.
but….Do you think it is safe for a diabetic to use supplements like protein powders and pre workouts or is it too much of a risk due to the sugar is that are typically added to these products?
