I work out at a gym that’s pretty busy and usually have to wait 15 or 20 minutes to get a bench press or the squat rack. Once in there usually people are breathing down your neck trying to get in so I try and work in with people as much as I can.

okay so I have always much preferred strength training just like the ability to go heavy and do low repetitions
call it being lazy I don’t care but it’s a hell of a lot easier to do 12 or 15 sets then do heavy volume and be a bodybuilder
