Hello Y'all,
Here's my 10 minutes intense workout consisting of a 1 minute warm up, 4 minutes of glutes exercise with DB and 5 minutes of jump rope cardio. I rest for between 15 to 20 seconds after each minute of jump rope. It's time to sweat (literally) !!
#1. Warm Up - 60 sec
#2. Hip Thrust - 30 sec
#3. Squat + RDL's - 30 sec
#4. Lunges - 30 sec
#5. Glute Kickbacks - 30 sec
#6. Kneeling Squat Rotations - 30 sec
#7. Step to High Knee - 30 sec
#8. DB Swing - 30 sec
#9. Wall Sit - 30 sec
#10. Jump Rope - (cardio) - 60 sec x5
And that's that!!!
