This was my first cycle and I know that my starting spot wasn't really that good. to give you an idea of where I was at I started out at 5'10 and 148 lb and very lean body fat
however I was pretty strong i was able to bench 180 and squat around 270+
by week two I was up to 155 lb and then by week 4 I was up to 160 lbs
I was doing 30 mg a day of just dianabol
I then decided to change things up a little bit and run 50mgs and added in some anavar to it too at 30mgs
During my post Cycle Therapy I did not feel well and was feeling sick. I went from a Max peak of 167 lb and then I started dropping down to 162 lb.
after 5 weeks of that now I'm back to around 163 to 164 lb
Overall my vascularity is really good and my upper body definitely shows. I still have to work on my lower body I still have really skinny legs. what would you suggest for a next cycle?
