12 hour work day and training

My schedule has changed where I work 4 days a week for 12 hours a day from 7 to 7 or from 8 to 8.
has anyone had this type of schedule before? On my 3 days off 2 of those days i get my kids so i cannot really workout those days. That leaves me really only 1 day to train unless i workout on a day i work.
how would you add a couple more days of training to your week if you had this type of schedule?
 
your post is why many americans don't workout at all. no time excuse.

my only idea is find a gym close to work/home.

you work 12 hours a day, let's say you sleep 8 hours a night.. that still leaves you 4 hours of which you can find 45 minutes to workout right?
 
Maybe do 30 min in a.m. and 30 r so after work. Split cardio strength calisthenics etc.i don't know your goals.i work 10 hrs and 1.5 hrs driving 5 days a week.i have class 2 days a week plus preteens and a baby at home..it gets rough.but if u really want to train you have to fit it in somewhere. Don't make excuses for yourself,just fit it in your schedule.

you can do 1 day training why not

1 day FULL body training really pump it up that day and cardio
 
1 day per week training good
 
It's tough, but you can get up from bed and workout earlier than you're probably use to. With time your body will adjust.
