#1. Shoulder Width Squat - 30 sec
#2. Wide Stance Sumo Squat - 30 sec
#3. Leg Hip Thrust (Left + Right Leg) - 120 sec
#4. Double Leg Hip Thrust - 30 sec
#5. Glute Bridge Hold - 30 sec
#6. Alternating Squat Lunges - 30 sec
#7. Wall Sit - 30 sec
#8. Animal Crawlers - 30 sec
#9. Lunge & Kick (Left + Right) - 120 sec
#10. Arm & Leg Raises - 30 sec
Cardio Next...
#11. Jump Rope - 30 sec
#12. Jumping Squats - 30 sec
#13. Ice Skaters - 30 sec
#14. Jumping Jacks - 60 sec
#15. Jumping Lunges - 60 sec
