I will be doing competitions in 2026 and even still while on gear i only train 3 days a week doing ppl split with 4 rest days, i accomplish everything i need to do no problem in 3 days with plenty volume and movements, people can and offen do over train on cycle and dont even realize it.
I dont see need for mutiple times a day, i do 40 minutes cardio before or after my workouts in and out the gym in an hour and 40 minutes typically.
