I'm looking to get my statistics better when it comes to my strength training
I'm currently 6'1 in and I weigh 112 kg and 29 years old
my record bench is 150 kg
record squat is 165 kg
and my record deadlift is over 200 kg
my body fat is around 16%
. I'm really interested in doing a sustanon250 cycle
And maybe adding in some testosterone to it.
a friend said to do 6 weeks and then stack in the testosterone the last 6 weeks for 12 weeks total
do you think this would make a good cycle
