*Minimal rest time (30 sec btw 2-3 exercises)
#1. Knee to Elbow (Left & Right) - 120 sec
#2. Kneeling Squat Rotations - 60 sec
#3. Mountain Climb to Stand - 60 sec
#4. Plank Rotations - 60 sec
#5. Plank Shoulder Taps - 60 sec
#6. Lunge & Kick - 60 sec
#7. Squat & Punch - 60 sec
#8. Lunge & Twist - 60 sec
