I'm setting myself up on a boot camp training type of workout
I basically want to take some time away from the weights and just focus on bodyweight exercises and that sort of thing
I’ve got several exercises i am gonna be doing. Anyone try these and what else can i add here?
Lunges
Pushups and pullups of course
Situps
Star jumps
Jump rope 30 minutes straight to finish
would this be a good workout?
