Arimidex when and how much?

Yo im starting my first test+winstrol cycle soon and im just wondering if i start getting some estro side effects, what is dose for arimidex and how many days i keep taking them?

Im going to run nolva pct after my cycle. Nolva enough for pct, because at this moment its only what im able to get?

no one has the answer (moreover, you have not indicated a single dose, duration, etc), only your blood will tell you

it works like this:
the first time is a "try", with the classic recommended doses.
they could be right or wrong.

You have to do bloodwork and take AI accordingly to the results you get.

depends on your dose of testosterone, if you are taking 500mgs testosterone you need 0.5mgs arimidex ED in general

for PCT you need nolvadex clomid and a test booster like n2generate or m1mk (ostazol) with some cardarine

if you dont have pct go buy it since you wont recover without it

when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for...
