I'm looking to isolate my arm workout split
right now I'm going to do five sets of:
cable triceps push down, single arm dumbbell overhead triceps extensions, and Skull Crushers
I then am going to do six sets of cable bicep curl, dumbbell preacher, and barbell bicep curl to finish things off going high repetitions
do you think this is a good workout for the arms or am I overtraining them?
