Hello everybody I just had surgery on my lower back to repair a disc
since then my back has been hurting and the medications the doctor gave me isn't helping enough
I was wondering if there was a supplement that you can recommend for back pain that can also help speed up recovery. the doctor said it would be at least another 6 months but I would like to come back sooner
